1.Bring a pokemon with sleep
2.Lower health as low as possible
3.Put it to sleep
4.Then throw the highest rank Pokeball you have, ultraball
If in a cave or at night, use dark balls
If you follow these steps soon you will be a legendary Pokemon master

In platinum i caught Giratina with a master ball, i traded a gold geodude for arceus, and......... those are the only legends I have.
